Finally got the nerve to try the pasta. Keep in mind I AM the virtual Pope of orthodox Italian pasta on the east coast - and beyond. Italian American places are the same level as Olive Garden to me. So this young, brash unusual place with its strange un Italian but excellent pizzas is also as strange and excellent with its somewhat quirky pasta.
